I hereby indemnify and keep indemnified all the Committee of the Katanning Land Conservation District and the State Government of Western Australia from and against any claim, demand, action, suit or proceeding that may be made or brought by any person against the Katanning Land Conservation District Committee or any of the Katanning Land Conservation District Committee’s servants, agents or otherwise in respect of personal illness, injury to or the death of any person whomsoever or loss of or damage to any property or any other loss or damage whatsoever arising out of or as a negligent act or omission of the Katanning Land Conservation District committee or any of the Katanning Land Conservation District Committee servants, agents or otherwise.
